German levels from A1 to C2

Eurolingo follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: beginner modules build toward A1, elementary modules toward A2, intermediate levels toward B1 and advanced levels toward B2.

A1

End of Beginner modules

Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions, introduce yourself and communicate simply when the other person speaks slowly and clearly.

A2

End of Elementary modules

Can understand sentences about familiar topics and communicate in simple routine situations.

B1

End of Intermediate levels

Can understand main points on familiar topics and deal with most travel situations in the language region.

B2

End of Advanced levels

Can understand complex texts and communicate spontaneously enough for normal conversation with native speakers.

Advanced, flexible and precise use of language for complex academic, professional and social situations.
